Axacore Sold To Constellation Technology Solutions

Scrypt sells Axacore's assets to Constellation Technology Solutions in the Perseus Group, who seek to strengthen their offerings in mortgage tech space, enabling a digital mortgage experience with loan document automation and digital fax solutions across multiple regulated industries.

The sales included Axacore’s award-winning document management system, XDOC, and cloud fax solution, FaxAgent. Constellation Technology Solutions and Constellation Mortgage were keen to build upon their industry-leading technology suite with the addition of flexible, scalable, and dependable document management solutions.

The Axacore business was originally founded in 1996 to help organizations across public and private sectors streamline paper-intensive processes and automate complex, multi-tier document workflows at scale. Scrypt acquired Axacore in 2015. Constellation bought into the deep experience of providing flexible and comprehensive industry-compliant document and digital fax management system across the mortgage, healthcare, legal, financial, and government industries.
